Also the housekeeping does a fantastic job! We did have an issue with the door code, the code I was given was incorrect. My husband called and we thankfully received a response right away with a different code.

This house is beautiful and perfectly located. The beach is not overly crowded and its close to the Pier Park if you want to get out and about. Our favorite is Dustys right across the street!

Our family loves this property. Spacious parking, very very clean, right on the beach, great location for anything you plan to do in PCB! This was our 2nd year to stay in Its a Shore Thing and we plan on staying again next year!

The property was exceptionally clean, and actually prettier in person than the pictures on line. The rooms were larger than I expected also. The porches, decks, and balcony were all a huge PLUS, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you would need. Parking has been an issue in the past for our family but this property has plenty of private parking. We cant wait to stay here again!! Thank you Janet!

'It's a Shore Thing' is truly one of the most pristine homes in the area and offers panoramic views of emerald green waters and sugary white sand. This beachfront home is sure to impress with it's tasteful decor and open floor plan. Enjoy beach views from the kitchen, dining area, and living area. Access to the covered deck is just off the living area and features comfortable seating, a private walkway to the beach, and a private sun deck. Both beachfront master suites are located upstairs and feature a king size bed, adjoining private bathroom with jetted tub, and shared balcony access. Also located on the second floor is the guest bedroom with two full size beds and an adjoining private bathroom. The additional guest bedroom is located on the first floor and features three twin size beds, one twin trundle, and an adjoining private bathroom. Two sofa sleepers are available in the first floor living area.
