The place was very clean and very nice. Check in was easy and everything was great. Short walk to the beach and nice complex. Would recommend for anyone wanting a nice place to stay. Loved the recent updates the owner made. Will definitely book here again!

We stayed at the property for 5 nights. It was never over crowded. Great place to relax and unwind. Beaches were beautiful and the beds were so comfy!! Definitely won’t be our last time. Everything you needed was available, even beach toys! We spent one evening playing monopoly! Host was great and easy to contact! Look forward to staying there again!!

Loved the condo and amenities - close to good restaurants and convenient. Parking was great too! The beach was not as crowded in front of Sugar Beach as it was down toward the pier, which was great! Already booked for next year!

There are several things I'm concerned with each time we rent a beach house. This place passed each concern with flying colors. My college student needed reliable internet for her classes, and that wasn't an issue. The kitchen was well stocked, probably the best I've ever experienced in the many homes and condos we've used. We were thrilled to find out the pool was open in March. It was a welcome spot when the waves were too big for my adventuresome teens (yes, they're okay with the frigid Gulf water!). They loved that they could see the water from their bedroom, something I usually enjoy from the master but not this time. The walk to the beach across the parking lot and over the boardwalk was quick and convenient. Each interaction with the management company was timely and painless. Thank you to the owner for caring about keeping this rental in top shape!

Beautifully appointed, spacious condo. I loved that it was closely located to the pool and a short walk to the Gulf of Mexico. Communication via text with the manager was easy and effortless. I will come for another stay!

It was perfect! Almost everything is provided (except food and bathroom essentials). There is an electric can opener- 1st time ever using one (always had a hand held one), FYI. Haha! It was very nice, highly recommended! A+++++
