This place was so amazing! The owners are absolutely GREAT! The pictures do not do this place justice! FULLY stocked kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms all are fully stocked. It was like walking into my own home. There is everything you need. We did not cook but it had all that you need. Seasoning, pots, pans, utensils and dishes. Very clean and close to the pool and beach!
The owners do an amazing job keeping this townhome up to par! Hope to have you back again soon!

We really enjoyed this condo! It was quiet and peaceful. The back patio was perfect and private for grilling. The beach access was easy and the pool was right out front! Everything we needed was in the condo and even a sno cone maker the kids loved that. Thanks so much for a fun stay. Beautiful decor too!

We loved C-7! Everything you need is there. It was definitely a home away from home! So organized and love the decor! My 3 year old was so excited about the puzzles and games! Kept her very entertained. I love that you can park right by the front door! No need for elevators or stairs! I wish I could go more than once a year! I will definitely be booking this one next summer! Thank you for sharing your beach home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this townhome. Very well stock and updated. The large patio was nice in the afternoons and it is shaded unlike other units in this complex. We hope to spend many more vacations here.

What a little gem we found with our discovery of Sugar Beach C-7! Great layout for our family of 4 (including 2 littles) with the 2 levels, big bedrooms and nicely remodeled bathrooms. Quality linens, comfortable beds, updated furnishings, fully stocked throughout, clean, spacious patio (easily accessed for storage since end unit) and well equipped kitchen! The place felt fresh which for an older complex, was a pleasant surprise. Parking directly in front of the unit was so convenient, and the clean, newer (and not busy) pool was just steps across the parking lot along with a short walk to the uncrowded and beautiful white sand beach- all making this location great! We used the bike path across the street for family walks, including a trip to check out the pier. Close to grocery stores and restaurants, making meals easy! We plan to go back.

My sister and I stayed here for an Oct. getaway. We have vacationed in this complex for years, but this unit is by far, our new favorite! No stairs or elevators to get in. We parked and unloaded mere steps from the front door! From the moment we walked in, the decor and layout was so relaxing and the entire condo was bright, airy, and sparking clean! The kitchen had all we needed to whip up meals and snacks. This saved time and money and enabled us to be where we wanted to be...THE BEACH! We used the blender for morning smoothies as well as Happy Hour cocktails. We also threw stuff in the Crock-Pot before heading to the beach and dinner was ready upon our return. The living area is tastefully decorated without being overly "beachy". There is plenty of seating with 2 couches, (1 is a sleeper), a large dining table with 6 substantial chairs. There is also a flat screen TV. Also on this entry level is a convenient half bath as well as an efficient stacking washer and dryer. Out back is a private patio perfect for early morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, or evening relaxing. There was a nice table and 4 chairs, 2 chaises, 2 grills-1 gas, 1 charcoal, a hose for rinsing seashells and outdoor shower. There's also a large palm tree to offer shade. Upstairs there are 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with plenty of plush towels. Mattresses were comfortable with cozy bedding and premium linens. Each bedroom also had bedside lighting, a quiet ceiling fan, and alarm clock. Throughout our stay, it was obvious how much the owners care for their home. There are plentiful over the door hooks to hang damp towels, jackets, beach hats, cover ups etc. Everything is labeled making finding things and staying organized a breeze. There's a bin near the door for sandy flip flops and a basket of beach towels near the couch that we could use to sit on when coming in from the beach to protect the upholstery. We are already booked for Summer!

Very clean, very comfortable, very well stocked with all necessities. Stocked kitchen, Comfortable beds, grill everything you need for a great beach vacation. The beach access is across the parking lot, but not far. Pool outside the front door very clean and nice. We brought our bikes and rode for miles. Bike routes off the road for safety. The pier is awesome. It costs a dollar to walk out on it, but well worth it. Had a problem with the garbage disposal and John was there to fix it right away. We will be back!

My husband and I just returned last week from this beautiful condo. It literally had everything we needed and we felt at home. It is gorgeously appointed throughout in a beach theme vibe. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. The Keurig was a plus! I was even able to bake while I was there. Some other extras were hooks on all the doors which were wonderful for hanging jackets or towels. Also had use of a small grill on patio so we were able to grill out. The entire Sugar Beach complex was clean and beautifully landscaped. The pool area was also very nice but too cold to swim while we were there. Compliments also to the cleaning people who clean before arrival of guests. Condo was spotless when we arrived. We have already started planning our trip back for next year.
