This recently remodeled 2BR sleeps 7 and has a king in the master, queen and single in guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in living area. Unit has a fully equipped kitchen and full-size washer/dryer, 3 flat-screen TV’s with Netflix, 3 DVD/Blu-ray and wireless internet access.  An electric grill is provided for outside grilling on the large upper deck. Complex amenities include a 5-acre stocked fishing lake, two pools (one heated in winter) and a children’s pool, two tennis courts and a 300’ private beach frontage.

A dog under 80 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Southbay allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.
