• This property has 6 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes, a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest.


• Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.


• LSVs are not allowed in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, or Alys Beach.
• There is currently active construction across the green from this property.


• Please note that parking for this property is shared with the carriage house. There is 1 parking space in the garage for the main house & 1 for the carriage house.
