My girlfriends and I have made a trip to Sandy's Condo every year for the past 8 years. The Condo is super clean, well stocked and has plenty of room for everyone. As nice as the condo is, when we are not on the gorgeous beach, we are on the spacious balcony. The view is incredible! We treasure our annual trips together and will continue staying here as long as Sandy will have us.

We enjoyed our return stay at Sandy’s Summer House. Grandchildren had a blast was their first beach trip. The older is 5 yrs and was saying that finding sand dollar was sea money. The keyless entry is wonderful it is very convenient not having to keep up with who in the family had the key. If you are looking for a stunning condo for your next beach vacation, no need to look any further. My family and I stayed for 10 days at Sandy’s Summer House and could not be happier with our stay. The place was perfect for our large family of 8 and it fit us comfortably. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking. The condo was incredibly clean and you could tell there are many recent upgrades to include a new master bathroom and beautiful new furniture. We sat on the balcony each morning and evening watching the planes go by and searching for dolphins on the INCREDIBLE wrap around balcony! I mean this balcony is massive and you have access to the balcony from every room! The location is close to everything you could think of including restaurants and grocery stores. Sandy and Dean were so accommodating and their place is so incredible that we will be booking this condo every year for our family vacation. Thank you so very much for sharing your BEAUTIFUL condo with us and for giving us the best vacation we could ever ask for!

This condo is exactly as described plus more, it is a luxury home away from home. The owner, Sandy, is wonderful to work with, is available for any question that you may have. Condo has keyless entry-makes for an easier vacation! This condo has a fully stocked kitchen for any cooking needs you might have. Condo is decorated tastefully, appliances and furniture are updated. Bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels/wash cloths and the showers have plenty of water pressure. The wrap around balcony is a bonus, each bedroom has doors to balcony as well as door from living room. Wonderful place to watch sunrise/sunset, dolphins playing and eating meals. Balcony has huge table, plentry of chairs including rockers and lounge chairs. This condo even has beach toys for your use and a high chair for your little ones too. We found jigsaw puzzles and cards for our use in case of rainy days. This condo has everything needed for a wonderful vacation. Can't wait to visit again!

We stayed in the Condo for a full week. There was 6 adults and 9 year old. The view was amazing. We were there when the tropical storm was happening and only had 1 day it rained and we still did beach, putt putt and arcade all that day. A little rain but amazing weather after. This Condo is fabulous. The bedrooms were great, beds comfortable and the balcony was amazing as it wrapped around. We did the beach and the pool at the location and the pool was great also. I can't say enough good about it. I am planning on going back and will stay at the same place. Beautiful condo!!!!

I cannot day enough about this condo.. more like a home away from home . Beautifully decorated with all the amenities provided in kitchen that you need. Sandy is the nicest person to work with .. she’s always very timely on responding. She personally makes sure everything is perfect ! You aren’t dealing with a managing service !! Beautiful Condo, Kitchen remodel turned out spectacular. Roomy Living room feels like a house. Walk in Shower in Master bath is nice feature. Views from the condo were as good as it gets. Can't wait to return.

Summer House just completed a 23+ million dollar reconstruction upgrade to strengthen and beautify our complex. New exterior walls, walkways, balconies, hand rails...Everything is new and fresh and clean! Our interior was not to be outdone by the exterior! This condo boasts recent renovations throughout. All rooms have been freshly painted and decorated. Added items for your total comfort have been included!

This 3BR/2BA NON-SMOKING Condominium is in the Summer House Complex, a class above the other resorts, and a gated community. The complex has just completed a $23 million dollar upgrade!!! It has breathtaking views for miles and miles from its 14th floor stylishly updated balcony that wraps around our corner unit. Now, this balcony is SO big you can lay on the lounge chair and still have room at your feet for someone to pass in front of you! ALL of you will have enough room to sit on the balcony at one time, not in shifts! You can watch the dolphins play! Hear the waves, sip that morning coffee in peaceful bliss, see the stars, ships, manta rays, toast the sunset...

You'll be surrounded in luxury in this completely furnished unit with many extras, such as a full size washer and dryer and flat screen TV's in every room! Primary bedroom is gulf-front, with a king bed and its' own door to the huge balcony. The side bedroom now has a brand new KING bed and all new furniture and decor! The front bedroom has twin bunks, and one full to sleep four in one room! It also has a 25 inch TV! Blackout curtains in all rooms so you might get a chance to sleep in - maybe the kids will too?
Each bedroom opens directly onto the balcony, offering beautiful views and fresh air. There are two full-size bathrooms: the Primary features a huge, fully remodeled walk-in shower designed for your comfort, while the guest bathroom boasts a spacious soaking tub. You'll find soft, fluffy towels for eight guests and fresh Egyptian cotton sheets on every bed. Nearly every room has been recently redecorated and updated to ensure a stylish and relaxing stay. We even have a 'butler' to great you and hold your keys! (He keeps all secrets too, what happens at the beach stays at the beach!) Fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and EVERY possible item provided -coffee maker, grinder, blender, bagel toaster, all new cookware too! Am I missing something you might need? (I doubt it!) But if I am...let me know and I will deliver it to you!
This spacious corner unit is flooded with natural sunlight, thanks to its expansive windows that brighten the living and dining areas. Unwind each evening with spectacular side-view sunsets and the twinkling charm of multi-colored city lights that create a magical dining atmosphere.

IMPORTANT OCCUPANCY NOTICE:
This luxury unit has a strict maximum occupancy of eight (8) people, regardless of age or size. This limit is enforced by the Orange Beach Fire Department.

PRICES INCLUDE TAX AND CLEANING CHARGES BUT NO NO NO BOOKING FEES!!!!...
Reservation requires a $300.00 deposit to hold your dates, then will turn into a security deposit which will be refunded once you have left the condo and it has been inspected. Association rules are that renters must be 25 years of age, so a copy of your driver's license will be required with your deposit in order to secure your reservation.
Taking personal checks, or venmo.. Add 3.5 percent if you wish to pay by credit card.
PARKING IS RESTRICTED TO TWO CARS PER UNIT... PARKING PASSES MUST BE PURCHASED FROM THE SECURITY GATE UPON ENTERING THE COMPLEX. EACH CERTIFICATE TO PARK IS $51.50 TO BE PAID BY CREDIT CARD ONLY. . If the guard is not in the security house, you may go ahead and park but need to check back with the guard within a few hours OR first thing in the morning if you arrive over night. Cars without parking certificates will be towed at the owners expense.. You may park an addtional third vehicle across the street for free..but a pass from the guard house is also required for that.

We love it so much, most Saturdays and Sundays you will find us sitting on the boardwalk in front of Building B enjoying the scenery and sunshine! Look for the old couple with the 'Detroit Red Wing' decals on their blue cooler and Red Wing beach towels!

I strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance for your vacation stay. You can google it, and the price is extremely reasonable. I will not refund any cancellations unless the Governor closes the beaches. My cancellation policy stands as stated below:
*****REVISED CANCELLATION POLICY 7/17/2017, replacing notice provided in informative brochure. Correction as follows:
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is cancelled prior to 30 days of the scheduled arrival date, all monies will be refunded less a $25.00 processing fee. If the reservation is cancelled prior to14 days of the scheduled arrival date, then 50% of the rent will be forfeited. The forfeited rental fee will be refunded if the owner is able to secure a rental for the cancelled dates. There are no refunds for early departures other than for forced evacuations due to natural or man made disasters. In the event of a forced evacuation, a credit will be given for unused days. If you have cancelled over 30 days in advance and can rebook at a future date, the $25.00 processing fee will be deducted from your future rent due.
