Fabulous Renovation coming May 2023!
The outside has had a dramatic facelift with all new windows and doors, more than double the amount of windows facing the beach, a 10x13 pool that can be heated October-May for $60 per day, that is now up on the expanded main level deck, and the addition of a top floor deck that extends the entire width of the house and offers access from all of the beachfront bedrooms. A dune walkover provides easy beach access. Summer weeks are Sunday to Sunday, so you miss that Saturday traffic jam heading into Gulf Shores.
The main floor features a huge great room with plenty of gathering space for everyone to eat together. The kitchen features a spectacular beachfront view plus 2 full size refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, an undercounter icemaker and a long breakfast bar. Here you'll find 3 main floor bedrooms including 2 beachfront King bedrooms, and a lagoon view Queen. Each also has a daybed for lounging for extra sleeping space (see full description of bedrooms below). You'll also find a half bath and laundry on this floor. New for 2023 you'll find an expanded main level deck with the pool, outdoor dining, seating, lounges and a dune walkover that includes stairs down to the ground level. There you'll find a large charcoal grill table with two 22" Weber kettle grills, plus a few games.
The top floor has 7 additional bedrooms including 5 beachfront King bedrooms, a lagoon-view Queen bedroom, a lagoon-view Twin over Full Bunk, plus a second laundry. All the beachfront bedrooms now open to a large beachfront porch and the views are wide open with the addition of more windows on the beach-facing walls.
