We are David and Lisa Sample,  Local Residents of the Laguna Beach / Santa Monica Beach Florida. We and are Local Realtors with Re/Max By the Sea and Owners of Haven Beach Rentals, Panama City Beach Florida. Not only do we sell vacation homes and condos, we own and manage them too. Being so involved gives us a unique perspective that helps our properties be some of the Best in the area! Telling our guests about Fun things to do, Great things to eat and Wonderful things to see is one of our favorite things. We've been vacationing on the Gulf Coast since we were little kids.
